If you are not interested in becoming a CA then why are you even evaluating doing CA. MBA will be a logical extension of your graduation degree. You are advised to do your own SWOT analysis and based on analysis prepare your MBA entrance examination preparation plan. If you are not position to crack MBA examinations by self study, you are advised to join a study/ coaching centre.

Both the options are good. Being a commerce graduate, you can continue preparation for different competitive exams like Banking or SSC/private jobs in different financial companies. While being a B.Com + MBA, you can also get a jobs in government / private sectors.

Each specialisation has its own value. A company requires people from almost all kind of specialisations. You should decide your specialisation on your area of interest. If you are good in accounting, then you should go for finance. If you can easily build relations with others, then you must opt for marketing.
