You need to see both of them are different, MCA will lead your career in computer application, MBA in management, and both have different requirement for minimum percentage. For MBA, you have to go through Test and Interview. Unless you don't pursue it from top universities it will be of very less use. CA and MBBS? No, it is impossible. You will fail in both the courses. Students can't even manage their schooling and coaching together and pursuing 2 degrees at a time is not good.

GATE requires Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering / Technology / Architecture (4 years after 10+2/ Post-B.Sc. / Post-Diploma) and those who are in the final year of such programs, SO POST B.Sc. You have to do Bachelor's degree. So choose wisely try to select top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional Universities, Thapar University, SRM Universities so that you can complete graduation and you are GATE preparation.

Cannot really comment since the admission in PGDM program greatly depends on your performance in the GD/PI. GD/PI carry more equal weightage in determining whether you will secure the admission. You can do B.Ed through correspondence from open universities. Up to my knowledge, one - year B.Ed is no more.
