Yes, of course, if you get a good enough percentile (preferably greater than 99) then there is a decent chance for you getting a call from XLRI. After that, it depends on your GD and PI performance.

Preferably above 55% is the eligibility for IIMs. For Bachelors 50% is preferred. You must try to score at least 60% in M.Com. As during placements, the organisations look for at least 60% through schooling and graduation. So, higher the percentage better the chances to get into IIMs.

Both the courses are good to pursue MBA in future. BBA is a more business specific course where you are somehow trained to become an entrepreneur whereas B.Com is a financial management course. You learn more about accountancy, maths and finance management.
So, it depends on which field interests you more.
MBA is done to get a managerial level job in a company. Usually, people prefer doing BBA+MBA. So, even you can do this rather than B.com if you are sure about MBA.
Top colleges for BBA in India are:

You can choose anyone. Abroad is a good option, but if you don't have funds, then you can study in good colleges in India. Appear for CAT and try for IIMS. Otherwise, you can go for other B-Schools. I got into Doon Business School, Dehradun with 92.3%. The placement track record of DBS has been consistent over the years.

After B.Com, you need to appear for entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/GMAT/CMAT and on the basis of your exam score you can choose among various universities and then you can apply for MBA. So basically for MBA admission you need to give any of above mentioned entrance exam. Thank you.
