The books having advanced concepts are not available in the market as their distribution is restricted by the Government for security reasons. Further, Ethical Hacking is a creative course and not a theoretical stuff. So. rather than understanding from books, it's better to join a course, learn the concepts thoroughly and practice them under expert supervision.

It would be really helpful if you could have completed your 12th , Still give a try simultaneously if you have an option . Basically game development needed combination of 2 different skills like coding and programming knowledge and design knowledge with good grip on 3D modeling / texturing and lighting , map generation and baking .
