University of Delhi,

You can not do two PG degrees simultaneously. Universities may not allow this unless they have dual degree programme. You may do one regular PG degree and register for second PG degree by distance learning. But this arrangement may be very taxing for you.

Hi,
Mathematics is not a must for admissions in IPM. The current batches IPM host a large chunk of students from Commerce background. However, I feel there are courses in each term which require a decent grip over mathematics, Thus mathematics isn't a must, but it is a necessity to perform well in IPM.
Thanks.

Hello Praveen,
The purpose of Masters in Business Administration is to get a candidate corporate ready. Having a corporate experience prior to that takes you a step ahead in that regard. Candidates with experience are already aware of the functioning of the organization and hence, are also preferred during placements in companies.

Hi Lokesh!
You are eligible for both the courses. If you want to make your career in accounting, finance, computers and E-business etc., you should opt for M.Com. If being a part of management team of an organisation attracts you, MBA is a great option. Both the fields have great career prospects.

Plastic Mould Design Engineer,

You can pursue various courses through distance education. But, would you be able to study for both? What if the exam dates collide? There is no law that is stopping you from pursuing both the courses through open mode. But, it is a question of practicality. You can do MBA later too without any consequences.

Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. LPU is ranked No. 2 among Indian B-Schools in 'Outreach and Inclusivity by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. The curriculum is made keeping in mind the current market trends. As both being a graduation level course, you cannot get a guarantee of very good salary package only from these courses. But if given a choice between these two, B.Com offers better job opportunities than B.Sc. In B.Com you get knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Business Laws and Taxation which are more related to day-to-day business, so you can seek a job in small firms or you can also get certification in Tally ERP etc. And can enhance your skill in this field. While if you will go for B.Sc. There are not much job opportunities with just a graduate level degree.

Hello Sanketh,
The bitter truth of any B-School is that they are management colleges which improve your managerial skills. When it comes to Ramaiah, you can get a gist of what is expected from a manager. It depends on how you mould your oppurtunity. I suggest you to go beyond to IIMs but with 7.25, Ramaiah can be a wise option if you are looking for placements. But there are a lot more options if your expected outcome is proper knowledge.
All the best.

That really depends on the subject you opt to teach. If you are pursuing M.Ed, you should pursue a subject which you feel comfortable teaching. Since you have already chosen English and Maths as your subjects for B.Ed, you should select a subject in the same domain, so that you have in-depth knowledge of a particular subject and you can then pursue a teaching job in the same subject.
