Management & IT Consultant,

Indian IT industry primary business is Applications Development and Maintenance and only few companies are in the business of games development. International Games Development companies very rarely outsource game development to India. List of small Indian companies does manual testing of games developed abroad. Games Development is a niche area, therefore, it is recommended that unless you are passionate about games development, you may not specialise in games development.

Not so early. After class 12th, you have to take JEE Mains and after qualifying it, you can do B.Tech in Computer Science. If you are interested in the further education then opt for Master's degree in the same.
Good luck and have a good future.

Mathematics forms the foundation for many concepts in computer science, and universities typically require it as a prerequisite.

However, some private universities or specialized programs may have flexible entry criteria, offering foundation or bridge courses in mathematics for students who didn't take it in high school. It's best to check directly with the universities or colleges you're considering to see if they offer such options.
