Management & IT Consultant,

Indian IT industry is in slow down phase because of outcry against outsourcing in western world and increasing restrictions by developed countries in issuing work visa. In addition, heavy use of automation is leading to job losses. IT jobs are flowing back to developed countries and all major IT companies are hiring locals in developed countries. Bottom lines of IT companies is taking a big hit. Industry will remain in slow down phase for some more years until the world economy revives.

Government colleges may offer CSE in lower-demand categories, but top government colleges like JNTU and Osmania University may have higher cutoffs.
Last year, the cut-off for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) stream at Medi-Caps University typically was in excess of 80 percentile of JEE Main score for direct entry. Still, candidates who had scored approximately 60-70 percentile were also considered for associated courses such as Artificial Intelligence or Data Science. The actual cut-off might fluctuate each year depending upon candidate performance and the number of seats available. For the latest and most accurate information, it is best to visit the official Medi-Caps University website or call their admissions office.

These two rewarding careers each require a slightly different set of skills, and they each appeal to a somewhat different type of person. An IT career involves installing, organizing and maintaining computer systems as well as designing and operating networks and databases. Computer Science is focused entirely on efficiently programming computers using mathematical algorithms. An IT career doesn't necessarily require a computer Science CS degree, alt... View more

You can pursue IT in Nirma University.
It is not bad.
But, if you are getting CSE from other reputed university, better go there.
IT is restricted to mainly programming where as CSE will take over every knowledge of computers and so CSE is much wider branch than IT.

This university does not provide scholarships at the time of admission. It provides fee concessions if a student scored 80% and plus in a year. On the other hand, this university provides external facilities for scholarships to students.
It helps in every possible way to receive and to apply for any scholarship if the student is eligible for that.
