Konar, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. You can pursue IT in Nirma University.
It is not bad.
But, if you are getting CSE from other reputed university, better go there.
IT is restricted to mainly programming where as CSE will take over every knowledge of computers and so CSE is much wider branch than IT.
