Do not worry. If you have not secured good score in the engineering entrance test, still you can get admission in the colleges on the grounds of class 12th result. If you are aiming for private colleges, you can rely on their entrance test. Good Luck.

As you are interest to do engineering then there are so many private engineering college where you can get admission :-
VIT, SRM, LPU, JECRC, SkIT Jaipur, KIIT And many more are there according to the location what you want. Some of these colleges conduct entrance exam for the admissions. Hope this helps you.

If you apply for upgradation, then you will lose your allotted seat. If you won't get the college or branch you desired for, you can further go for 2nd round counselling.

First of all if you want to go IT/CS stream, then need to clear your doubts with 2 basic fundamentals. In IT it’s all about software, in CS it all about software + hardware + OS core. So choose the same as per your interest like in software/programing language or in IT infra like network/server/Operating System, etc.

As your JEE Mains score is 73.58 percentile and you have very good marks in board also. So, you are eligible to take admission in dy patil akurdi. But CSE branch will not be available with this score. I will suggest you to go for some other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical, civil. Best of luck.

Hello Hari Prasad, if I may say so, your rankings in this examination is a bit on the lower side. I am afraid that with this ranking your chances of getting admission in CSE branch are pretty low. If you are interested in this branch only then I would like to advise you to approach deemed to be universities or management quota in private colleges. Best wishes to you.

You may get a seat in IIITs easily and you can get seat in NITs may be if you will pursue any other demanded courses like ECE and IT. Apply in all NITs and IIITs and wait till end may you will get a seat as per your wish. And importantly if you will try any other central universities you will definitely get a seat in those colleges. Wait till last and Hope for the BEST, ALL THE BEST.
