Every organisation (Employer) have signed a service bond with its employees for execution of service for a certain length. Because you have taken study leaves for higher education (MBA). So, you are bound to execute the certain length of service to your Bank. Another way to leave your bank is to payback the all training expenses and others charges to your bank and obtain the formal NOC regarding this. Otherwise, bank can initiate stringent action against you and can create problems in placement.

This would depend on your career goals and financial stability.
In case you would like to continue earning & learn along with it then go for an executive/part time MBA.
If money is not a concern then a better option would be to go for a full-time MBA & take advantage of your work experience at the time of the campus placement.
