For SC: In 2020 the cutoff was 146-113 marks and in 2021 the cutoff was 137-108 marks. Compared to 2020, 2021's cut-off has gone lower. So if we follow that pattern this time it may be around 150-100. 150 will be maximum and 100 will be minimum.

There are many states, which conduct their own entrance exams, wherein you can apply. Similarly, there are many deemed universities, which conduct their own exams.

The course offered is B.Sc. By Research in Biology and the exam in which you need to appear are IIT-JEE or NEET.

December 16 should be answered, either ways doesn't make much difference, but your exams have been conducted in 2016 so that year is highly important.
