Hi,
ICET 2018 scheduled has not been released yet. The same is announced by the officials when the exams application process begins. The exam is generally conducted in the month of May and registrations for the same begin in March.
The exam will be conducted for 150 minutes and candidates will be required to answer 200 questions within the given time limit. Candidates who register successfully for the exam will be able to download their respective admit cards by last week of April, 2018.

There are very less chances that DU release its 11th cut-off as in 9th cut-off most of the college seats are full. And remaining seats are only available for reserved category candidates.

I am afraid at least I have not heard of any such CET till now, hence there is no question of cutoff. The syllabus of M.Com entrance exam includes the following subjects:
