Hello Mandeep,
The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college and seat.

Hello,
There are separate books available for different topics in IIT JAM. So, buying these books separately for each topic is not a good idea. I would suggest you to take help from study materials which covers the syllabus for all the topics in a single book. So, you don't have to carry 1015 books with you. You can buy Eduncle IIT JAM study material for your exam preparation. They provide the best study materials for IIT JAM preparation. For JAM Exam preparation you should solve previous year question papers and take online mock tests. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. An engineering student IIITian,

If you are asking for JEE Mains then you are very late for that. The application deadline is already over. 8 April is the examination date. Even VIT and SRM registrations are closed. The only thing you can do now is to approach to a private college and go through management quota as all the good colleges have closed their application. If you would have given JEE Main then there were opportunities.
Good luck.
