I would say there are plenty of scope after M.Sc in widlife. You need to choose a field suiting your choice and interest. You can work as a researcher, conservationist, etc. You can even work in government sectors if I specifically talk about scope in India.

Sometimes it is also due to a desire to go for research out of interest or just to study as one didn't find a good job.
