Yes, you are definitely eligible for M.Sc psychology. It is not necessary that you have to do B.Sc in psychology to do M.Sc in Psychology.

The fee structure of M.Sc in Biotechnology generally lies in between Rs. 60,000 to 83,000 per year. VIT charges Rs. 75,000 per year for M.Sc in Biotechnology. Amity University charges Rs 83000 per year for this course. Various colleges have different fee structure.
