NEET is a type of competitive exam which tests your grab over the science subjects. Though the main and ordered practice should be started as soon as you enter 11th standard but you should keep on strengthening your basics. Don't think that only 2 years hardwork will fetch you results! Besides, go with the type of questions asked, every year, do practice test papers and consult renowned author's books. Moreover, you can join any good entrance coaching institution!

Application form for NEET exam is available from 08th February to 09th March 2018. So, candidates willing to appear in the exam may register themselves on or before 09th March 2018.
NEET 2018 Exam will be on 06th May 2018. So, prepare yourself well for the exam.

For admission into MBBS in government medical colleges with SC category, your score should be around 400. Below this score, its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges.

Hello, To be eligible for NEET candidates must have passed 10+2 with Chemistry Biology Physics and English subjects. For general category candidates, it is mandatory to bring 50% marks in 12th standard, while SC / ST / OBC category candidates have to get 40% marks to become eligible for NEET. <p>No. NEET PG 2025 exam was held on August 3, 2025 in single shift. On May 30, 2025, Supreme Court directed NBe to make arrangements to conduct exam in single shift. Candidates have to register online to submit application form for NEET PG 2024. As per the existing NEET PG pattern, the question paper comprises 200 multiple choice questions and candidates get 3.5 hours to answer them.</p>

There is no such criteria for the neet ug exam eligibility. Neet ug has its different exam through which you get your mbbs seat but for the jee mains there should be minimum 75 percent marks required in board exam

Although this year they shortlisted candidates who have scored more than 551, but it is not always that easy the way it looks.
Like, cutoff do differ. It depends on your personality, and the way your interview has gone also on ToELR score. So, it is a big race.
Scoring more than 551 doesn’t ensure seat they see for total personality.
Also, ex-army quota
But, ultimately girls - 590(civilians) and boys- 570 last ones.
I scored 598 in NEET. For girls it is much tough.

<p>Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is the conducting body for the NEET MDS counselling. It must be noted, NBE only conducts the exam and declares the result of NEET MDS. MCC conducts counselling for allotment of 50 per cent All India Quota seats. For rest 50 per cent seats, respective state authorities conduct the counselling. Candidates have to register on the official website of MCC and declare choice for college and course for NEET MDS counselling. Only NEET MDS qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling for seat allotment.</p>

You need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to develop your MCQ solving skills. You need to solve as many as MCQs as you can.

There are many courses apart from MBBS which can give you money, fame, etc. Don't go for medical coaching. Take admission in any other course.
