To get admission in a government medical college, the NEET cut-off for general category is 498 and above.

You need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to develop your MCQ solving skills. You need to solve as many as MCQs as you can.

I am answering for a general category student, at least 500 marks are essential to get admission in Delhi University's any of the three medical colleges. However, during last years, the cut-off has increased to around 520.
