It is a little complicated and a long procedure there. To be considered eligible for a MS in Dental courses one must have a DDS or DMD. Instead of applying for MS you must apply for a DDS or DMD programme. Also take the Dental Admissions Test or that, its part of the application process. Take the TOEFL or IELTS. Scholarships are merit-based and competitive. Check university websites for specific instructions.

There is one main exam, JAM, that takes admissions for M.Sc. In IIT NITs, IISERS, IISc, focus on the course and follow the final year B.Sc. Chemistry syllabus very closely. The other entrance that you can prepare for is DU- the mian focus of which is the final year syllabus and the basic concepts.
