Hello dear,
You have scored very well. You can expect a good government medical college in all India quota counselling as well as state quota counselling. Do mention your state for more insights.
It will be different for Government, Private and Deemed medical colleges. Also, it will differ you applying from All India quota 15% or State quota 85%. Cut off of state quota is usually lower than all India quota. Now, in each of these quota, it is further divided into categories like OPEN/SC/ST/OBC etc. But, going by previous year trend, B.A. M. S. BHMS seat is obtained around 450 – 500 marks range. I think, you can apply for admission, if you get, or if not, then take a drop. Hopefully it helps.
Yes, with 492 marks in NEET you have plenty of options to get into college for medicine courses. However, you are more likely to get courses like BDS BHM and B.A. MS than MBBS. You may get a government seat in a private college to pursue BDS as well as a government seat in a selected Ayurveda or Homoeopathy government college with your home state quota. You can get admission to the following colleges with your score:
For MBBS:
1. Agartala Government Medical College
2. Rural Medical College, Loni
For BDS:
3. The People's University of Bhopal
4. SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital
For BHM
5. Pratap... View more
