Although this year they shortlisted candidates who have scored more than 551, but it is not always that easy the way it looks.
Like, cutoff do differ. It depends on your personality, and the way your interview has gone also on ToELR score. So, it is a big race.
Scoring more than 551 doesn’t ensure seat they see for total personality.
Also, ex-army quota
But, ultimately girls - 590(civilians) and boys- 570 last ones.
I scored 598 in NEET. For girls it is much tough.
All the best.

No, of course not. You have already dropped two years.
There are many courses apart from MBBS which can give you money, fame, etc. Don't go for medical coaching. Take admission in any other course.
Good luck.

It's quite difficult to predict whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. Anyway, when we go through previous data then
With 492 marks, you have a low chance for MBBS in a government college. In NEET 2021, 577 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under Bihar state quota and it was for Gover... View more
