But, some of them are Maulana Azad Medical College-Delhi, Christian Medical College-Vellore, IMS BHU- Varanasi, JNMC Aligarh Muslim University etc.

Though you have scored very well. It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges. For government medical colleges, you need a score of around 500.
In Delhi, 2 government colleges are there. One is CBPAC (<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://cbpacs.com" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>http://cbpacs.com</a> (under IP University) and another is Tibia BAMS (under Delhi University). You need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that, you need to develop your MCQ solving skills. You need to solve as many as MCQs as you can.

<p>Well panicking is not a solution to any problem.</p><p>As the rules says that you need to get your compartments exams cleared before counselling session & get passing marks & passing certificate which is quiet possible.</p><p>but for any unfortunate reason you do not clear exams. you can opt for open exam from NIOS and reappear for NEET UG the next year.</p><p>And as you have cleared NEET you are eligible for state counselling</p><p>All the very best!</p>

After MBBS, you need to pursue MS Orthopaedics to become an orthopaedic surgeon. You need to appear NEET post graduation examination for admission into MS Orthopaedics courses.
Syllabus of 12th and that of NEET are not much different. Focus on biology physics and chemistry. Apart from subjective question, do give time for objective questions also.
