Yes, you will easily get a seat in round-1 for Bachelor of Planning.
It'll likely be tough with B.Arch. Though if you'll push it till the second or third round, you're likely to get a seat in B.Arch too.

Yes, you can take admission in design college on the basis of JEE Mains paper 2. Since NATA paper has a huge weightage of drawing, abstract and aesthetic sensibility, it is given more importance than any other exams. Probably, you may get SPA-Delhi. But it totally depends on their merit list and selection criteria.

I would just consider previous year scores:
With 205 marks in JEE Mains Paper – 2.
And 96% in boards.
The normalised score came out to be 225.96.
Which gave a rank of 2625.
Getting a score of274in JEE Mains Paper-2.
And 96.6% marks gave normalised score of 272.80.
And a rank of117.
The last year cut off rank in SPA Delhi is somewhere around 930, to get that rank a normalised score of 250 would have been enough.
As from this year boards marks won't be considered, this would lead to increment in raw JEE marks.

You don't mention anything like college school and board as you mention the date it's specific all exam was organized well so know come on its any time and any date it's not possible because all exam was calculated on every day who was sitting and which center so it's not possible to any day you give your exam.

For your selection in here, you should score more than 260 (as of 2017). This would translate your rank to nearly below 1000, as cutoff here resides between (11000).
