No, there is no announcement till now by NTA for any extension in the registration date for NEET 2023 UG. Last date for registration was 6th April 2023. Expected date for NEET 2023 UG examination is 7th may 2023.

Please understand, eligibility is different and admission is different.
You will be eligible for admission to any medical college as long as you are NEET qualified. NEET qualified means 50 th percentile marks and not 50 percent. Last year 50th percentile mark is 145 and so if your marks are 145 and above you are eligible for medical admission.
Admission depends on the specific college, students applied to that college, no of students with more marks than you etc. Government colleges take top rankers and top private colleges also attracts top rankers.
