Since you have not mentioned your home state and category, it is difficult to accurately predict college as the NEET cut-off differs for state quota and all-India quota. However, based on previous year's trends, with AIR 175641 you have some good chances of getting admission into medical institutes like the Institute of Medical Sciences (SUM Hospital) and MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai. However, the cut-off for courses like MBBS and BDS will vary depending on students applying in a particular category and related scores. Alternatively, you can use the Shiksha platform's NEET College Predictor 2022 (<a href="https://www.shiksha.co... View more

The chance of securing a seat in a government college is with students who score more than 450 marks. For top medical colleges in India, NEET rank 5000 is recommended. So, students who are more than 635 marks can expect to get a seat in a top medical college. It can be very difficult for students who get less tha 400 marks to get admission in a government medical college. However, a seat in dental colleges may be an option for them.

Nothing can be predicted before you actually appear for the exam. All that matters in the end are the efforts that you have put into your preparing and the type of strategy you follow. Go on to explore the options of preparing - offline/online. Coming to your motive of asking the question, yes you can if you have a clear goal and a well defined strategy for that. Time period is enough to prepare for any exam given you have the basics clear or you can work on them as well in the said interval. You will be competing with a number of students like you, what will differentiate you from the herd is your approach.
