In JEE Mains paper 2, you need to score minimum 25 percent in both the sections of the paper. If you score above 25%, then you are eligible to take admission in any architecture colleges. But, that much will be not sufficient to get you in a good college. You must score 100+ marks to get a good college. Best of luck.

JEE Main (Paper-2) is only meant for admissions into B.arch/planning 5 years course across various institutions across the country. So it is not helpful for getting admissions into engineering stream. Only JEE Main paper 1 accept admissions for engineering in various NITs, GFITs and IIITs. All the best for your career.

Your percentile is less, so there are very less chances to get admission in Chandigarh College of Architecture, but you can apply for this I hope you will get admission in it. Good luck.
