It is true that CTC will be in the range of 3.5 to 4 Lacs per annum considering you are pass out from above average university in any chemical pharma, cement or FMCG industry. Gradually, your CTC will get a hike once you master your job skills as well as soft skills. There is no system for cut off as such, but last year the list of selected candidates was closed after the fourth list. If you are selected then you'd be admitted under the Department of Zoology. Selected candidates are allotted in different colleges of DU, so there is no certainty whether you'd get Ramjas or not, that's what the university decides.
