You can opt for many courses, but best would be PhD, as you have already completed your M.Sc and PhD is easy to get as compared to the other degree. Plus you'll get enough stipends to live and pay your fees and you can save up to 20-30% of money. PhD is really worth to pursue from foreign countries.
As a chemist, I would recommend the M.Sc in Chemistry because it is more general. Biochemistry is specialised which might narrow down your future career possibilities.
