Yes, you can get admission there with JEE Mains paper 2.
70 out of 200. According to last year cut off, you have very fair chances.
2013: 1784-5489
2014: 861-4767
These are the cut-off rank:
This year, the cut-off rank will go down drastically for sure (reason, Besu getting centralized and it won’t be admitting students on WBJEE Merit).
70 marks would get you rank around 5 k -6 k. So, it is pretty much difficult making it into architecture , but then miracles do happen.

No, as the expected cutoff for Rizvi college of architecture is 100 marks in NATA (it does not take admissions through JEE Mains). Moreover, you'll get into it, if you are lucky, but 100 or above would keep you in safe zone.

Hi, in NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. So considering you have scored 65% in your board exams and hoping you would have scored more than 50% in physics, chemistry and maths, I am sure you can apply for NATA this year itself. A very good NATA score can still get you a very good college.
