First of all, your JEE Mains score is not sufficient to get admission in a good government college. You can take admission in top private colleges like VIT, SRM, etc.

Yes, you have good chances of getting NITs. You have a good score and a good rank. But don't fall for that also try for other government colleges in your state to reserve a seat.

On the basis of your JEE 2 RANK. you can apply for the counselling of NITs, IIITs and GFTIs on:
josaa.nic.in
From 15 june 2018.
You can also check the previous year's cutoff's for NITs,IIITs,GFTIs on the basis of your JEE MAIN AIR,
ON
jossa.nic.in
there you would get an idea of your selection.

Yes, you can get a seat here, as cutoff remains near 120-130. And, if you are from SC or ST category, then you can easily get admission, and remember to visit there before you join.

No, for AAT exam, you need to clear JEE Mains, first then advance and if you got selected in advance then you have to give AAT for which you also require above 75% in class 12th.

Yes, you can get. The basic eligibility criteria is 10+2 with 50% of marks with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as the main subjects of study and valid score obtained in NATA/ JEE Main paper-2.
