There are certificate courses, diploma courses, degree courses & PG courses. Each has it's own set of eligibilities. For PG, one must have degree in relevant subject. For degree, one must have done 12th in relevant subject. You are querying about a certificate programme offered by a private Institute & perhaps confusing it with MSc . You can do certificate course after 12th but for pursuing MSc or PG you have to have degree.
