Keep it as second option if you can't make before it. As admission is important and just for one semester you need to take little more efforts as most of the syllabus will be covered before your joining. However, many colleges do support in such situations for exams and they will help you to cover the syllabus as early as possible.

Hi Hitesh,
For admission in the first degree engineering courses, if you are applying through improvement exam, then the thing is you need to appear for improvement in all the subjects. BITS does not consider partial improvement marks in two or three subjects like PCM or PCB, you need to repeat the entire subjects and give the improvement exam the next year. If you have appeared in all the subjects in the improvement exam and scored 75% marks, then you are eligible for getting admission. If your main goal is to get nits then you don’t need for improvement but I think if you are looking for JEE advance then surely you should go for improvement as it is compulsory to get 75% marks and above with a good JEE advance rank.

LLM entrance exams basically consist questions from law subjects which you have studied during your LLB time. Basic English grammar can come, alongwith the basic of law subjects. Most imp subjects for LLM entrance exams are Constitution, Jurisprudence, Contract, Tort, Crpc, Ipc, Transfer of Property. But except all these subjects, questions do come from other law subjects too. Random question appears. MCQ questions have to be solved & many universities even gives an essay writing based on the law topic. All the very best!

In the job market, regular MBA is always valued more than part time or distance learning. Though the other two also have their usage. Many a times, students are forced to discontinue studies, in such cases part time or distance learning is the only option. You can opt the same through distance colleges, you just need to apply for the same through online or direct mode. You can then share your graduation papers for admission.
