No, as the expected cutoff for Rizvi college of architecture is 100 marks in NATA (it does not take admissions through JEE Mains). Moreover, you'll get into it, if you are lucky, but 100 or above would keep you in safe zone.

Hi, in NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. So considering you have scored 65% in your board exams and hoping you would have scored more than 50% in physics, chemistry and maths, I am sure you can apply for NATA this year itself. A very good NATA score can still get you a very good college.
Hi,
With 48 percentile in JEE Mains paper -2 exam, you have less chances to secure admission in Aayojan, Jaipur. Visit this link to check B.Arch colleges based upon your rank:

There are very tough chances for you to get this college.
First of all, your JEE Mains score is not sufficient to get admission in a good government college. You can take admission in top private colleges like VIT, SRM, etc.
