For general category, you need 70 and more for good colleges. OBC category needs more than 65 for better colleges. For SC/ST, you need only 40 to 50 marks to take admission in the best colleges.

There are college/university wise cut-offs for architecture. For Mizoram University, Aizawl, the opening rank is 1708 and the closing rank is 3373. For National Institute of Technology, Raipur, the opening rank is 1914 and the closing rank is 2450.
For Vishwesaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, the opening rank is 542 and the closing rank is 1931.

It is difficult to predict the marks as for now results only percentile score is released. If you want you can calculate the percentile rank. But no formula is there to predict the marks. Use this formula to predict the rank:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100. Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially. You have to wait for the official results.

Only by passed JEE Main 2, you cannot get good college. You have to score 95+ percentile, then only you can get good college.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, definitely, you are eligible for any NIT for B.Arch. You should try for your state NIT if you want, otherwise go for other state NIT. Google the cut-off ranks for getting a seat in NIT or also you can try for IIITs for B.Arch.

The day before the exam you need to Prepare the essentials things that are listed below;
1- Hall ticket 2 copies
2- ID Card
3- Used black ballpoint pen 3
4- Writing pad (Some desks may be in poor condition)
5- Water bottle &amp; lunch bag.
6- Watch (Smartwatches are not allowed)
7- Make sure to decide the comfortable dress you are going to wear on the day of the examination
8- Due to COVID Masks are necessary.

Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.
