I hope you are doing well. No, you are not eligible for NIT with 147 marks in JEE Paper 2. Go for government colleges or some private college like DY Patil College, Nirma University, IPS Indore, MS University. You will definitely get colleges with these marks but you are not eligible for NITs.

Hi, BITSAT is totally basics. You have to be completely sure about what and why you are doing regardless of where you're doing. So firstly you should be thorough with your NCERT syllabus (All chapters including EMW, Semi Conductors, and all other minor chapters). FIITJEE package is totally needless. I would prefer resonance package if you have. For physics, HCV is mandatory (all questions). Maths is completely basic in BITSAT and only NCERT Exemplar questions are sufficient. For Chemistry NCERT is more than enough. Best wishes.
