Yes, you are very much eligible as NIOS is an approved institute under ministry of HRD , government of India and at par with any state and central board like CBSE and ICSE. You have to clear senior secondary with minimum 5 subjects including physics chemistry biology and English with minimum 50 percent mark in order to be eligible.

You don't need to get dejected as you have not qualified it. You can try the next year if you can. I have seen many who have failed in first time but scored really well in second time.
But if you plan to study for the next year then join a good coaching center. So it will be of immense help to you.
Then, you can also go for medical related studies like b.sc biotechnology, etc. and while doing so you can write NEET.
If you decide not to, then try for other medical courses like veterinary science, B.Sc, etc. which may give you a good job, may be as a teacher or a lab specialist.

<p>No you can't do medical with 200 marks because there is cutoff which approximately 600 to 630 which you should pass then only you would take admission in medical college for MBBS if you want other branches then marks are lower but not lower than 500</p>

Yes, as you will turn 18 years 9 months 16 days as on Dec 31. The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, of the year of admission or students belonging to all the categories. What I will suggest you fill the application form and sit for the examination, you will definitely get better scored for the same year. The max age limit is 25 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to general category. The max age limit is 30 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to reserved category. There is no such attempt limit in NEET 2018, the only age limitation is applicable.
