Yes, absolutely. According to as per AICTE norms and UPTU/AKTU/GBTU all the engineering colleges and institutions have to fill some of their seats for lateral entry. There is no cutoff for jee main paper 2 like paper 1 it's just that on merit base you get your willing college.
