Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.

I don't think so that there is any such option of choosing an additional paper. You need to follow the course structure given by the university.

No, there won't be a CSAB special round. The normal counseling conducted by CSAB will have architecture slot fixed in which NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 scores will be ranked and counseling process will go ahead.

AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam for admission to the B.Arch programme offered by IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee. Aspirants desiring to join the B.Arch programme available at both these IITs must appear in AAT. If you want to join IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee, then only you have to appear for AAT otherwise not.

I think you must only focus on NCERT book as questions are asked based on the syllabus from the designated books only. So my recommendation will be to focus on NCERT books only as that can make you score well than referring to other reference books.

As according to last year records, the cut off for paper 1 for 2019 will be around 95 and for paper 2 will be around 105 marks, but as this time it is totally changes so might this figure might change.

Here are two Papers in UGC NET Exam and both are equally important to qualify the exam. UGC NET Paper I is a general question paper for both Lectureships and for Junior Research Fellowship. Definitely you can go for Architecture programs without appearing for NATA or JEE mains 2. You can appear for university examinations conducted by themselves only. Also you will be eligible for some scholarships offered by the university. You should check out the following universities -
