You shall have to apply for the colleges from where you wish to pursue the course. You then have to download rank card and score card. Then you have to register for counselling on MCI site after which you will get date for filling the desire colleges. This was the procedure for 15% quota reservations. There will be complete schedule for registration, filling of colleges, declaration of results of counseling. For 85% seats u have to register for your state counselling either at their portal or offline. You will then be called for counselling. Do remember that you have the following documents ready for any counselling.
