If you have a good marks in entrance exam, you need not to worry. If you have average then practice hard for GD/PI.
AMU GDPI is average, don't be tensed. Just make a formal ideas! about your background and run your mind on current crucial issue which are going around world. Some basic question are asked about background and from your subject that you have opted at graduation level.

Not particularly Banasthali but generally institutes have entrance examinations and personal interviews for selection of candidates. HSC exam is a prerequisite for admission and General Knowledge, Current affairs, Logic are a part of the Entrance exam.

No, ICAR UG is not tough like NEET and JEE in terms of the level of questions they ask, but it offers lesser time to answer. Thus, the number of questions as compared to NEET & JEE are more but they are at a lower level. To enter into a good college you need to secure a good rank. ICAR UG gives out only top 500 ranks all over India so firstly you should be among those 500, secondly, it offers a manual counseling for its selection.
