<p>Yes, questions which are there for AIIMS B.Sc Nursing entrance exams are based on the NCERT textbook of class 11th and 12th. The syllabus is majorly based on the curriculum for these classes. You can even prefer other books with NCERT like True men's Elementary Biology by K.P. Goyal. In the entrance exam of BCA, only general questions come Not specific question of Physics and Chemistry subject as they are not a part of curriculum of BCA (physics only in the 2ns semester which will be taught later)
Preparatory questions about General Aptitude, Mental Ability, Logical Reasoning and English Comprehension questions can be studied. Can purchase any entrance exam mock test booklet for preparation.

Stating how many question should be attempted cant be fair. I think you should go ahead with attempting maximum questions as you can but be careful as there is a penalty of 0.25 mark for incorrect attempt. The exam is of objective type with minimum 100 marks. The questions of the MSW entrance examination is mainly asked from the areas, like General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Social Work and Verbal Ability.

In the M.Sc Chemistry entrance all portions will be from chemistry. What you did in your B.Sc And one paper will be for mathematical physics. You must have did it rest it will not be more from physics.

It usually depends on the type of stream you have applied for. Generally they ask you about yourself, your background, your interests and why have you chosen that particular field. They will also judge you on your general awareness and personality traits. Read a lot about the field you have applied for because field related questions can very well come across during the interview to know how well you understand that particular field.
