This is only for the general category students because I have no idea about others. NEET 2017 surprised when almost everyone was getting above 600. There was so much cut-throat competition for government seats. My senior got the same marks as I did. But her rank was AIR 25 and mine was 256 (score was 655). She's studying in MAMC and I'm studying in KGMU. My friend expected a rank of about 900 hoping to get a seat in KGMU through state counselling with 578 marks. To his dismay, his rank was 5k+ and he's now in Manipal. You also can try to get in good private college.
Good luck.

College Selection Expert,

Hello Anvs,
Cengage is one of the branded book with lot of good material in it. So, due to copyright issue, they do not allow PDF form of books you have to spend money for book.
I strongly recommend you not to go with this book. I know many students who purchased this book and you also need it. It is just a show off. Go with NCERT and if wat t other options, then DC Pandey, OP Tandon, and Arihant for maths is enough.

B.Tech Student @ PESU,

It is difficult to get a seat with this rank. You can wait for the second rank. You may get civil or biotech. You can try for management quota as well.

Yes, you'll get into HBTU with this rank. Moreover, you'll not be able to get CSE for sure as the previous cutoff for HBTU CSE is too far from your rank so its likely to deviate. Moreover, you'll get branches such as Mech, BIOTECH , CIVIL, EEE , IT/ECE (less chances).
Best of luck.
