Hi,
It depends on which college you finish your B.Arch from and which town you decide to look for a job. Bangalore is the best place for architects in India, followed by Chennai, because many IT companies are now setting up shops at Chennai due to lower costs. There are chances to go abroad as well, but not as much as an IT pro. You could go abroad to do your higher studies and then look for a job.

You can go for B.Sc Nursing which is a very rewarding career in foreign countries like Canada and Australia. You can earn a handsome amount of salary even more than 1 lakh because a registered nurse salary in Australia is 40-50 dollar per hour and it will be according to your dream and there are many further study option from Masters of nursing to Doctorate of nursing so, you can assume your salary after that.
