If you have interest in technical field go for MCA and along with it do some certification course on Big Data, SAP, Artificial Intelligence. As the current scenario in IT industry is concentrating on automation.
If you want to move in management field, MBA is a good option, you will have diversified option to choose in MBA program. Marketing/Finance/Data Science have extensive use of computers now a days. Your knowledge on computers can come handy here.

Trends on various engineering branches scope and opportunities varies with multiple parameters such as Economic growth, Geo Politics, innovation & technology changes, shortage of skills, quality of education, changes social capital etc. Therefore, predicting trends is very difficult. Currently scope for B.Tech CSE and ECE graduates is highest. Mechanical engineering is evergreen branch of engineering with not much change in scope in last 5 decades. You must chose branch of engineering based on your interests to excel.
