Preparation is the key to doing well on the SAT. Students should start at least in ninth grade, or earlier if they are participating in a seventh grade talent search such as the Duke University TIP Talent Search. The PSAT is also written by the same SAT test makers and can count for huge scholarships in a students junior year but can be taken for practice in the ninth and tenth grade years. You need not take both. Either one will suffice. I will recommend IELTS, more preferred in Europe on the whole.

If you don't have any coaching institute for SAT or TOEFL nearby then:
1) You can go for any online training.
2) Use YouTube to understand the concept.

If you want to apply for the early action, then you have to take SAT in October and November and if you want to apply for regular decision then you have to take SAT in November and December. Feel free to ask about anything.
Qualifying to work in New Zealand just got easier. Why do you think you need to improve your English? Is it just because you live in a village? If yes, then you have to boost your confidence rather than your English skills. But if no, then you have to think which part is lacking, is it your grammar or spoken English or both?
