I will really love to answer this question. I will say only one thing that NDIM has intake of 720 and ABS has 180 intake and assures you 100%placement. So, in my opinion, you should go for ABS.

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
