Yes, if you are interested, it is very good to pursue BE in petroleum engineering.
Nowadays this is a developing field or branch of engineering. So only a few students have chosen this field.
If you complete your BE in petroleum engineering, you will have a lot of job opportunities in India and other countries like Dubai.
After completing your BE degree, you can apply for a Master's degree in this field and after you are also able to do Ph. D degree.
Many companies have hired petroleum engineer and petroleum experts in their plants.
In Gujarat, Pundit Din Dayal Petroleum University is the best university for petroleum engineering.

The main advantage of doing graduation is if you face any problem in aviation, atleast you can do other job for your living. So, always be ready for backhand because there is no guarantee in aviation.

Since you have already done MBA, just check the skill shortage list for Canada and see if you can apply for jobs. If not then doing a P.Hd is another option or may be a Diploma to get a job and then PR.

After class 12th, you must complete your Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Applicant must hold a degree of any of the universities recognised by the government of India or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956 or its equivalent qualification.
There is also a minimum age criteria for the post of SDM:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 (twenty-one) years and must not have attained the age of 30 (thirty) years on the first of January, you have to check the advertisement for the age limit, it's usually following the date of publication of the advertisement.

You have the following options to become a pilot:
1. You can join a flying club to obtain commercial pilot license. The eligibility to become a commercial pilot is PCM in class 12th.
2. You can join Indian Air Force Flying Pilot branch by appearing in NDA, CDS examinations conducted by UPSC. IAF trains selected candidates.

(a) By doing B.Tech or BE from an engineering college.
(b) By completing Diploma in engineering and joining B.Tech as lateral entry student in second year engineering B.Tech degree course.

The eligibility for joining merchant navy is:
1. Passed class 12 with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
2. Candidates have to be unmarried and Indian citizens (male or female).
3. Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.

Following are the two options to become a pilot in India:
1. Commercial pilot: You can become a commercial pilot by joining pilot (Flying) training schools.
2. Flying Pilot in Indian Air Force: You can join Indian air force flying branch by appearing for NDA after class 12th board with PCM or CDS after science graduation degree. NDA and CDS examinations are conducted by UPSC.
Following are the basic eligibility criterion to become a commercial pilot:

SSB is more about physical fitness, mental fitness and personal interview. You need to start boot camping to improve upon your strength & stamina. Do read a lot on current affairs & prepare yourself. TIME as an institute does prepare oneself for NDA. You could check with them.

It will be vary difficult for you to enter in data Science field if you are a non Science student. Because you will learn applied Statistics applied mathematics and computer Science in Data Science and these are subject of Science. So you will face many problems. Many colleges demand Science degree for giving admission in Data Science. However you can try to do it by online mode. Many IITs, Chandigarh University and some other universities are teaching this course in online mode.
