Almost till recently, there was a ban on offering any course that requires substantial practicals, by way of distance education. So I am afraid, post-graduation in the field of any branch of engineering through distance learning would only be in the realm of imagination. I am not aware of any university offering PG in Aerospace Engineering via distance learning.

No universities offer distance course in the subjects you asked for. If there is any, then it is not reliable, because M.Sc in the above subject has lot of practical work.

Manufacturing, in general, is also on the decline in the USA for the last 2 years; so I would recommend being careful about the field that you opt for MS in. Anything that integrates mechanical and the computer has a great scope (mechatronics etc.). While fields like manufacturing will be difficult. Cost of educations is high without scholarships. Quality of Life depends on your industry and location. For Indians, it is great to live in areas like California, Texas, Georgia (with good weather etc.). The first point is of your interest towards subject.
If you like to do M.Sc, then IIT's is good option. If you want to join government services, then UPSC, SSC & other state level exam is good option.

You have to submit all the documents mentioned by the university. All semester mark sheet, class 10th, class 12th, provisional degree, transcript, IELTS TOEFL GRE scores.

In India and foreign countries, microbiology will more chances and opportunity given you than forestry. like medical, pharma, college and school education industry, dairy industry and many more.

A job in a reputed pharmaceutical company is really a great opportunity nowadays and has some good pay range
But jobs in many private sector companies offer ridiculous pays for a Production/Quality control chemist.

As you have completed M.Sc, now you can apply for NET or you can also do M.Phil.

You need to give entrance exam for getting government jobs such as NET if you want to pursue teaching or other exams such as UPSC for getting government jobs. Also, there are many other exams for getting government jobs.

Hi dear, let's talk straight forward to the point, if you look at the study pattern, then SRM is good for M.Sc. In Biotech. But I am afraid to state that you cannot expect good amount of job opportunities in any domain apart from CS/IT here in SRM. There may be only one or two core companies for biotechnology and this will force the students to ultimately go either jobless or work in some IT firm. Hope so you got your answer. Most of the German and Canadian Universities require minimum of 6.5/9 in IELTS and sometimes even minimum of 6 in each section
