If you mean Company Secretary (CS) then for your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue this course:
After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.

To pursue engineering, you should have science with mathematics in your 12th standard. However, if you're from commerce background, you're not eligible for engineering. If you had mathematics in commerce field then you can opt for BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) followed by MCA (Master of Computer Application). If you didn't have mathematics in 12th standard then you can't opt for a regular course in Computer. You can learn programming languages from a computer coaching institute.

Software Engineering is a 4-year course.
To be able to become a software engineer, you need to have PCM (physics, chemistry and mathematics) combination in your class 12th. After your class 12th board examinations are over, you need to appear for various entrance examinations.
I would suggest, you should appear for IIT-JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions in IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
