There is no flying club in Delhi for pilot training and doing only SPL is not good go for PPL at least. If you want to join classes to complete the exam then it will be good if you go with flying club
For getting promotion in pilot job you need to upgrade your license like from first officer to Sr. first officer, you need to complete your minimum flying hours
From Sr. first office to captain you have to clear the captain exam with minimum flying hours
It depends on many things , such as the institutes which are continuously giving best services , or new comers who are up with all updated infra and better facilities , some of which are very old with not so good infra but with the best faculties , some are reasonable service provider in considerably reasonable price , so many parameter.

RAW is Research and analysis wing of India and it is a agency that works under defense department of India. RAW exam is conducted by UPSC every year. It comes under IB (Intelligence Bureau). RAW is an independent body.
Valid Candidature:
RAW recruits their agents and officers from Army, IPS, IAS, IB, CBI, or sometimes directly from Universities (very rare case).

As you are in 12th with PCB, I suggest you to take mathematics as an optional subject, so that it will help you to go for engineering entrance and B.Tech in future where you can do engineering in computers.
The second option is, you can do diploma after 12th in hardware networking or other computer courses.

You could do a B.A or a B.Sc. or a B.A Hons in Psychology or a B.A (Hons) Applied Psychology depending on your interest. Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy or Private Flying academies.

Well, there are many options available but I would suggest you to go for Digital Marketing field. Since you are from commerce background, a BBA degree would be best for you.
