If u want to get placement on basis of btech/mba then graduation mark is a must important thing which will be taken into consideration. If u are getting a job on basis of your hsc marks after your hsc exam then graduation is not a factor. Your question is confusing where u havent clarified the total scenario. Hope u do well. You can join a car vinyl company as employee. Work there for a year and you'll learn everything. If you want to learn car vinyl design then go for a graphics course (about 3-6 months) later. Then you're done. Do not waste 3-4 years doing some silly degree, if you're clear about your goals.
