Admission at IIFT-Bareilly shall be provided on first come first serve and merit basis, and the seats are limited for each course. The Institute follows the semester system, there are two semester in one academic year. Usually, the admission process for majority of courses start in the month of April and ends in the month of September. However, for many courses, admission process is an entrance exam or counselling process.

Firstly to be eligible you would need to appear in the entrance exam conducted by Punjab University in month of June for that you will fill separate form. No university offers a 100% scholarship, there are many other charges of accommodation etc. Scholarships are generally given for tuition fees. You can apply to various NGOs/ other programs for scholarship. A lot depends on your CV and caliber.

Hi,
The difference between both these courses is paper-thin. If you did M.Sc in food Science technology then you will get the work that is research-oriented. On the contrary, if you did M.Sc. In food tech and quality assurance then (as its name suggest) you will get a job which has a supervisor type role. Your work will be checking the quality of food devolved in India.
