At this moment, it is good. With lot of new technologies coming in like cloud and Big data (not wholly new, but relatively new at least in the Indian space), there is some growth that is deemed to be possible until at least the next 5-10 years. This duration should be good enough to establish oneself firm footed.
Also, another mandate is the operation of Indian IT industry of late in the mode of "survival of the fittest". So, one should constantly be on their toes to keep up with the dynamic nature of this work space.

Yes you will get any admission in computer engineering. For getting admission in engineering it doesn't not matter whether you have computer subject in class 12th or not . For getting admission in engineering your JEE advance or JEE main rank matters.

The candidates should have passed 12th (10+2) or an equivalent examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any state board or any recognised educational board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects. All the SC/ ST candidates will get a relaxation of 5% marks. The candidates should clear JEE MAIN or RPET (Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test) to get admission in the B.Tech programs. This is the admission criteria for B.Tech branch. According to your marks, you can easily get admission in it. Do like if the answer is helpful.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019, considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants. Hence, based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you can get admission or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.
