Take PCM in class 12th, preparing for IIT is not compulsory but if you want, you can, if you will go for IIT for your further technical degree than its fine, if you didn't get that then go to any of the top private colleges, after the completion of your technical degree, you can apply as a junior software engineer in ISRO. The fee structure is about 2.42 Lac per year. I can answer this question because I studied from the same college, Its a good college to study and good environment. College usually starts at 7:30 and ends at 5:30 most of the days. It is one of the best autonomous college in Karnataka. There is NO RAGGING, you wouldn't even know who your seniors are until you are in your second year. So overall its a pretty decent college with clean campus.

You can go to Canada in order to pursue CSE, but you will face few problems because you have to start from level one as you are not a CSE student, so you don't have knowledge about that field. You should continue with your core branch and you can do better with this option.
