To obtain accurate information about the closing ranks for B.Tech CSE in the OBC quota for a specific college or university, I recommend checking the official website of the respective institution or contacting their admissions office directly. They can provide you with the precise closing ranks from the previous year or any relevant information regarding admissions and cutoff ranks.
Maybe not. Because your marks will not satisfy the eligibility criteria. (60% in PCM). But you can get SRM Sonepat or NCR. (They require 55%), SRM University kattankulathur eligibility criteria has been changed for academic year 2022–23. As they were considered last minimum 55% in pcm but this year it is changed to so you must have to score minimum 60% in PCM. You can go to different colleges.

If the choice is in Bangalore or nearby (preference-wise):
National Institute of Engineering, Mysore
BIT
SIT, Tumkur
SMVIT
RNSIT
BMSIT
BNMIT
Outside Bangalore (preference-wise):
BVB, Hubli
SDM, Dharwad
KLS Git, Belgaum

The best choice will be NIE if you get that, and after that, you can prefer SIT, Tumkur or BVB, Hubli if studying in Bangalore is not your choice.

The admission cutoff rank for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at VIT Bhopal varies each year based on several factors such as the number of applicants, their performance in the entrance exam, and the availability of seats. Based on the previous year's cutoffs, it is unlikely that you will be able to secure a seat in CSE at VIT Bhopal with a rank of 34906. In 2021, the closing rank for CSE at VIT Bhopal was around 12,000. You can also consider other options and colleges that offer CSE and have a similar reputation and quality of education.

Management & IT Consultant,

As per NASSCOM, Indian IT Industry revenues grew by 13% in FY2015 and it added 2,30,000 employees in FY15. NASSCOM has forecasted that IT industry exports will grow by 12-14% and domestic market by 15-17% in FY2016. I am of the opinion that IT is still a very good career option. Indian IT industry prefers CSE graduates over other engineering graduates. Therefore, CSE graduates have good scope & bright future.

You have good scope in both CSE and ECE, but if you are looking for a job in government sector, then ECE's scope is better than CSE if you want a job in the private sector than go with CSE.
