With an 80 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to the OBC category, you can get into several reputable CSE colleges. Some good alternatives are NITs such as NIT Warangal, Surathkal, and Trichy, where cutoffs for OBC applicants typically fall around this percentile. IIITs such as IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, and IIIT Allahabad also take JEE Mains scores seriously. DTU, NSIT, and Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology are all possible options. To make educated admissions decisions, investigate each institution's cutoff trends, eligibility criteria, and counselling procedures.

DATA SCIENTIST,AIML SPECIALIST,

I am really sorry to tell you that there is absolutely no chances of you getting into. Any NIT with your marks and rank (I. e 80 and 95k respectively). Rather, I would suggest you to forget about your JEE Mains and focus on JEE Advanced and try your best to crack that to get an IIT. You can also try for another option that is for BIT MESRA extension centers like BIT PATNA, BIT JAIPUR, BIT JAIPUR. Among these college, you will surely get a chance into a one of the college according to your rank as the cutoffs for these colleges are pretty low.

Your marks are low in CET and you have the benefit of OBC but don't take a risk. You may get admission in your desired college, so switch to some other or try on some other good college or university.

For CSE, you just have some basic knowledge of computer like input output hardware software etc. It is not necessary that you have some knowledge of Programming languages, because you can learn them later. Most important thing is that you have some interest in this field or have some desire.
